Responsible for all CNC machining processes, process quality, cycle time improvements, rev. changes, set-up repeatability and flexibility, for AEC Asia. Must be capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems or concerns with solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

High school or alternative diploma, 2 years of technical training in Machine Tool Technology and a minimum of 5 years set-up and programming experience
OR Minimum of 7 years machining production experience including set-up and programming.

Be capable of designing and troubleshooting inspection processes and systems. Would be responsible for reviewing value added quality systems, investigating inspection errors, capabilities and methods, developing PPAP and capability study plans, and working with Applications, Quality and Tooling departments in process design of production jobs. This person will research new ways to gain better control of shop floor quality and data.

College engineering student with machining experience preferred  or a minimum of 10 years machining / inspection experience.  Knowledge of SPC and Quality is very helpful.

AEC is searching for a highly motivated results orientated sales professional, with good management and decision-making skills.  Responsibilities include sales and leadership to company defined markets and or territories. Must possess strong ability to close and obtain new business, good written, verbal and computer skills. Minimum of five + years proven sales experience in a company with annual sales of $75-100 million is required.  Engineered product sales experience required.
