Process Diversification = Progressive Business, Financial Stability, and Convenience
This year Alexandria Extrusion Company (AEC) actively pursued and completed a great deal of its strategic goal to become process diversified, providing its customers with a variety of manufacturing processes through acquisitions and strategic alliances.
AEC has aggressively developed and restructured its strategic plans for a decade or more. The end result is a progressive business model, with financial stability in a fluctuating economy and providing convenience to the end customer. Consideration of local and global economies, competitors, industry trends, as well as understanding the financial health of the company has played a critical role in the success of their strategic plans.
