Alexandria Extrusion Company Acquires M&M Metals
Alexandria, MN – November 7, 2008 - Alexandria Extrusion Company is excited to announce its recently completed acquisition of M&M Metals, a manufacturer of heat sinks and custom-fabricated aluminum extrusions, located in Carrollton, Texas. Through this acquisition, M&M Metals will retain its name and operate as a stand-alone precision manufacturer to its long term customer base. M&M Metal’s customers will benefit from the additional products and services available as a result of this acquisition. M&M’s owner, Jeff McReynolds, will continue to serve as President. “The addition of M&M Metals will provides exciting opportunities for M&M Metals and AEC,” stated AEC’s CEO, Tom Schabel.
