BACKGROUND: Duane Tingelstad’s experience in the extrusion industry began in 1980 as a machine operator; from there he progressed to sales.  Tingelstad’s roles included machine set-up, prototype engineer, estimating, supervisor and management.  Tingelstad’s experience working in many different areas of the business gives him a solid foundation to identify part specific requirements for customer projects.

EXPERTISE: Tingelstad has an extensive background in manufacturing, estimating and sales.  This experience helps him to assist customers in finding the right value added solutions for their product from start to finish.

PHILOSOPHY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE: “A customer’s concerns are always important and should be taken seriously.  By listening and meeting my customers’ needs, I am able to assist in providing solutions for each unique situation.”
