Lynette Kluver Lynette Kluver, Director of Organizational Development, joined the team at Alexandria Extrusion Company in 1993. Her areas of responsibility include strategic planning, leadership development, human resources, safety, employee development and training, and workplace ministry. Lynette is very involved in the community and served as President of the Chamber of Commerce and West Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management. She is passionate about her involvement with the American Cancer Society and serves as Corporate Sponsorship Chair for Douglas County. Lynette is also involved in church leadership and teaching along with music ministry on the Praise Team. Personal Highlights Lynette and her husband live in Alexandria. Her family, including a daughter and a son, is involved in golf and baseball as participants and spectators. Lynette Kluver |
